Earlier in the week, Friday’s action in Men’s League Division 2 saw OV Victoriana hold Jersey Ladies 1st XI to a 2-2 draw.

On Saturday, Affinity JHC Panthers delivered a resounding 7-0 win over Victoria College Colts, with seven different scorers: Sean Bilson, Harry Wild, Mark Fullerton, Rafi Hern, Fraser Hern, Conrad Evens and, Rory Baines, showcasing their squads’ attacking depth.
In Men’s League Division 1, Victoria College 1st XI secured a morale-boosting 2-1 victory against Hautlieu 1st XI, courtesy of goals from Ed Hodgson and Henry Johnson, overcoming Rupert Lee’s strike.
Sunday also featured a strong performance from JLHC 1s in Ladies’ League Division 1, as they continued their unbeaten streak with a clinical 3-0 win over Caesarean Dragons, a result that keeps JLHC firmly at the top of the table.
The week concluded on Monday with Hunters solidifying their position at the top of Men’s League Division 2 after a narrow 2-1 victory over VC 2nd XI.
Goals from James Grogan and Olly Van Klaveren secured the points for Hunters, who remain unbeaten and now lead the table with 16 points.
