AN islander has been found safe and well following a search operation on the north coast last night involving Channel Islands Air Search, three lifeboats, drone rescue, fire and police services.
The States police confirmed that the search was launched in the Grosnez area at around 10pm after someone was reported missing.
Three lifeboats from the RNLI and Jersey Lifeboat Association were called to the scene as well as a Channel Islands Air Search plane from Guernsey and local emergency services.
States police said the person was “located safe and well” shortly after midnight.
