A HONG Kong national who performed an indecent act on himself in a fast-food restaurant in St Helier has been ordered to leave the Island.
Lik Hang Tong (36) committed the offence in a toilet cubicle in KFC at the Waterfront while leaving the cubicle door open.
He admitted the charge of gross indecency when he appeared in the Magistrate’s Court this week.
The court heard that he had mental-health problems.
Relief Magistrate Peter Harris ruled that he should leave Jersey.
