ISLANDERS have been warned to be cautious as the first ice warning of the winter is issued.
Clearing skies and very light winds are forecast tonight, Jersey Met has stated, leading to a predicted ground temperature as low as -3°C.
The warning outlines the possibility of overnight frost on some surfaces, and the risk of ice forming on any damp patches.
Tonight’s minimum air temperature is predicted to drop to 3°C by Jersey Met, with tomorrow’s forecast showing a bright and dry day with a maximum temperature of 12°C.
